1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

RiskCoders provides website development, application development, and IoT solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including project costs, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the project agreement. All payments are due as outlined in the agreement unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work are transferred to the client. RiskCoders retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Project Timeline & Revisions

Project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on project complexity and client feedback. Reasonable revision requests are included within the project scope; major changes may incur additional charges.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

RiskCoders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
